Every pack is vacuum sealed at peak freshness right here in Milo, IA. Your order ships in an insulated box with ice packs, maintained below 40°F throughout transit. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and ship Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday only. Your order never sits over a weekend. Nationwide shipping is $1.75/lb and delivery is typically 1–2 days from shipment. You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.

Up to 12 months vacuum sealed. With packs on hand, you'll have plenty of reasons to work through them well before then. Pull one out the night before and thaw in the refrigerator. Ready to cook the next day.
