We offer premium Iowa beef meat bundles (hand-selected steaks, roasts, ribs, and ground beef; flash-frozen and vacuum-sealed), meat snacks made from 100% natural ingredients, and custom meat processing services.

• Product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
• We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that descriptions or images are error-free.
• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service to anyone.

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept by confirming and shipping.
• Prices are in USD and exclude taxes, shipping, and fees (added at checkout).
• Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal). You authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or unavailability.

• We ship frozen products with insulated packaging and dry ice or gel packs to maintain quality.
• Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or address issues.
• Perishable Goods Warning: Inspect shipments immediately upon receipt. Keep products frozen or refrigerated. We are not responsible for spoilage due to delayed pickup, improper storage, or customer error.

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

• Returns are limited to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of any issues.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (minus any non-refundable shipping).
• Non-perishable snacks may qualify for return within 30 days if unopened and in resellable condition (customer pays return shipping).
• Custom processing services are non-refundable once processing begins.

• Our products are processed in facilities inspected under USDA or state guidelines.
• Proper handling, storage, and cooking are your responsibility. Follow USDA safe food handling guidelines.
• We make no warranties that products will meet specific dietary needs or prevent illness.
• Products are sold “as is” with no implied warranties beyond those required by law.

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, descriptions) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes.
• Interfere with Site functionality.
• Attempt unauthorized access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
• We are not liable for issues arising from improper handling or storage of perishable goods.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Warren County, Iowa.

• If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
• We may assign rights; you may not without consent.
